At The Athletic Archive, we take care in how every order is prepared and packed. If something isn’t right, we’ll always aim to resolve it fairly and quickly.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace or refund it.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Orders returned outside the 14-day window

  • Items not in original condition or packaging


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)


Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes your legal rights in relation to faulty or misrepresented goods.
